DelChina spent most of her career serving in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant in Europe as an Information Management Officer.   She specializes in project management, optimizing operational efficiencies, and strategy development. She has also served in various healthcare roles at AMITA Health and Northwestern Medicine where she worked for the CMO, President, and VP.

DelChina is a graduate of the University of Maryland University College with a B.S. in Health Service Management. She is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from the International Six Sigma Institute.

DelChina resides in Naperville Illinois. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and going to the theater.
